| HSG Board of Advisors member Martin G. Mand recently completed serving as the court-appointed liquidating trustee in connection with a shareholder dispute before the Delaware Chancery Court where Marty had to maximize value for the shareholders while getting rid of the company. Marty has also served as a Chancery Court appointed Custodian in other disputes before the Court. |
