Dub Wilson has a diversified financial management background including experience in complex corporate structures, turnarounds, reorganizations and international operations primarily in the petroleum industry, but also including farming and mining industries.

His long career includes 13 years at EOG Resources, formerly Enron Oil and Gas Company, 12 as senior vice president and chief financial officer, including involvement with the progressive spin-off of the company from Enron Corp., and financial management experience at Superior Oil Company/Mobil Oil and at Exxon Company USA. He has served as director of Encal Energy in Calgary and advisory director to iVita Corp. in Houston, and has worked as an independent consultant.

A former executive officer in the Navy, Wilson has chaired the board of trustees for Howard Payne University, his alma mater, and the Lyrick Performing Arts Company, and served on the Board of Financial Executives Research Foundation.
