George Cox has been involved in real estate development for more than 40 years. In addition to his consulting role with H.S. Grace & Company, Inc. where he serves on the executive committee, Cox provides construction management consulting services. His real estate experience include serving as managing general partner of the Park Central Development, a 180-acre mixed-use development located in north Dallas where he was responsible for the development of more than one million square feet of office space and a 600-room hotel. He also was president of Century Development, overseeing all phases of the development of Greenway Plaza and Allen Center in Houston, a combined total of more than 10 million square feet of office space, two major hotels, a 16,000-seat sports arena and concert hall, and two high-rise condominiums. Cox also developed luxury townhomes in Houston's West University area after starting his career in the construction business.

Cox holds a civil engineering degree from Texas A&M University.
