Holly Borkin has extensive experience in advising companies on investor relations including communications, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, tender offers, innovative financing, inventory accounting, cash flow internal reports, dividend policy, stock splits, anti-takeover measures, sales and profitability analyses, new products, foreign currency and IPOs. Borkin has held executive positions with Alticor, Inc./Amway Asia Pacific Ltd., Amway Japan Ltd.; Diageo PLC/Grand Metropolitan PLC; Borden, Inc.; J.C. Penney Co., Inc. and Deloitte. She holds a masters degree in finance from Columbia University and is a member of Financial Executives International and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
